Since Turkey is a party to the Paris Convention, persons or legal entities residing in Turkey may apply for European Union trademark registration.
Registration Term
This term is 10 years from the registration application and it can also be extended indefinitely in 10-year periods.

- Identity information if the applicant is a person
- Activity document if the applicant is a company (the chamber of commerce document)
