The product and product variety of the company must be taken into consideration when obtaining the barcode number. For example, if a cosmetic company wants to get a barcode for one of its products, it has to be listed if there are several products and if pricing and stocking are required to be done separately.
When these are done, for example, 1 kg of detergent and 2 kg of the same type of detergent is subject to different product numbers because they are different in price and in kg. It is determined how many numbers are needed like this, and application for the barcode is done accordingly.

- Warrant of attorney,
- List of products to be barcoded (how many products are there in the online e-application system),
- Notarized Commitment (an example is included in the attachment) - Income chart of the last year (SMMM approved). You should get the approved income statement for 2017 from your financial advisor,
- Trade Registry Gazette for newly established companies. If your company is newly established, a copy of the Trade Registry Gazette instead of the income table is needed,
- Even if the company has no income, an empty income table. Activity document indicating that the connected chamber of commerce is still in operation (Copy of Chamber of Commerce Registration),
- The Copy of Chamber of Commerce Registration showing that your company is registered in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry or in the Chamber of Merchants and Craftsmen. For your Barcode Number Import, Barcode Permission, and Barcode Registration operations.
