Integrated Circuit Registration Process in Turkey
For the integrated circuit registration application, you will need the following:
- Functions of the circuit,
- Drawings,
- Information on the circuit,
- A proxy and, if there is, a power of attorney.
Protection begins as soon as the application is made. If there is a deficiency in the application, it will be notified to the proxy or the applicant.
The application is published without being subjected to a novelty research. People may object to the integrated circuits on the grounds of similarity to the third persons.

The integrated circuit topographical rights holder is obliged to report the following situations:
- Address changes
- Title changes
- Changing the type
- Unification
- Transfer
- License
These unregistered changes cannot be brought against third parties.
