The trademark status check in Turkey is carried out by Sistem Patent company. In addition, this is the only way to prevent a trademark that is the same as or similar to a registered trademark from being registered, and to prevent that trademark from harming the other trademarks.

As Sistem Patent, we provide our valuable brand owners with our brand status check service, to determine the trademarks that are the same as or similar to your registered trademark in the published brand bulletins. This service does not cover market follow-up. We provide monthly reports to our brand owners when we detect the same or similar of a registered trademark.
This service only covers the identification of the similar trademark and its notification to you. The appeal after our notice belongs to our client, i.e. the owner of the registered trademark. We provide trademark check services on an annual basis for trademarks that are belong to enterprises or individuals.
We do not charge fees for our checking services for registered trademarks of your valuable trademark owners who work with us.
Even if the identified similar trademark application belongs to one of our clients, we still carry out the requirements of our checking service for those trademarks which are identified during the trademark checking service we provide to the registered trademark owners who receive our checking service.
