How Much Is the 10 Year Trademark Registration Fee?

For 2026, the 10 year trademark registration fee depends on the number of classes in your application and whether you work with a trademark attorney.

Looking at official TURKPATENT fees alone, the total official fee for a single class application in 2026 is 9,830 TL. This covers the application fee (2,820 TL) and the registration certificate fee (7,010 TL). For additional classes, the official fee is 2,820 TL for the second class and 3,150 TL for the third and each subsequent class.

At Sistem Patent, trademark registration is offered as a single all inclusive price covering every official fee: 17,875 TL for a single class application and 3,900 TL for each additional class, including filing, follow up and the registration certificate.

A registered trademark is protected for 10 years from the filing date. When this period ends, protection can be extended in further 10 year terms through renewal; for 2026 the renewal fee, official charges included, is 14,230 TL.
