Notice on the Processing of Personal Data

As Sistem Patent A.S., this notice is prepared to inform our customers about the personal data we process as part of our commercial activities, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and its related legislation.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Within the purposes of data processing set out above, personal data may be transferred to:

Audit firms and certified public accountants under the provisions of applicable legislation,
Law firms,
Third-party contracted firms for the provision of the online sales service,
Banks and financial institutions,
Legally authorized public institutions and organizations, in line with their requests and limited to the purpose of those requests.

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through the website, various contracts, and all types of information forms, on the basis of your explicit consent or the other processing conditions set out in the Law.

This information is collected for the purposes of carrying out our Company's commercial activities in accordance with the law, enabling Sistem Patent A.S. to continue its commercial activities, and fulfilling its statutory obligations accurately and in full.

5. Rights of Data Subjects Under Article 11 of the Law

Under Article 11 of the Law, every data subject, by submitting an application to the above address of Sistem Patent A.S. either through a notary notice or in person with valid identification, has the right to:

Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
Request information if their personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred within Turkey or abroad,
Request correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
Request deletion or complete destruction of personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law,
Request that actions taken under paragraphs (5) and (6) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
Object to a result that arises against the data subject as a consequence of the processed data being analyzed exclusively through automated systems,
Claim compensation for any damages suffered as a result of unlawful processing of personal data,

Applications submitted to us are answered, depending on the nature of the request, within no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date the relevant request reaches our Company. Where the evaluation and decision-making process requires a separate cost, the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority will apply.

Explicit Consent Text for the Processing of Personal Data

Sistem Patent A.S. acts as the "Data Controller" under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. This Explicit Consent Text is intended to obtain the explicit consent of customers of Sistem Patent A.S. in the cases set out below, where the processing conditions provided in the Law cannot be met.

In cases where explicit consent is not required, data processing activities are carried out within the scope of the Notice, and in cases where explicit consent is required, data is processed in line with the core provisions set out in the Notice.

Accordingly, personal data may be processed by Sistem Patent A.S. for:

Sending me commercial messages and emails for sales, marketing, and promotional purposes relating to products, services, stores, and campaigns,
Identifying my views and complaints regarding products and services,
Running profiling and producing reports regarding my hobbies, tastes, personal preferences, the pages I visit, my orders, and my complaints, in order to provide higher-quality service,
Carrying out marketing activities,
Setting up my membership,
Sending printed materials for promotional and advertising purposes,

And may be shared with the parties set out in the Notice in line with these purposes.
