Can a Trademark Search Be Done Free of Charge?

A basic trademark search can be carried out free of charge through the TÜRKPATENT online search system. However, not finding an identical trademark on the search screen may not mean that there is no similarity risk.

You can request a preliminary search through the free trademark search page of Sistem Patent by sending us your trademark name and your field of activity. Identical or similar records are then assessed and you can be informed about the possible risks ahead of an application.
