What Is the Deadline for Paying the Trademark Registration Fee?

Through Ziraat Bank internet banking or branches, you can pay through 23:45 the same day by specifying that the payment is for TÜRKPATENT (the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office), along with your Turkish ID number and your assessment number.

If your application is accepted after examination, TÜRKPATENT sends a notice for the Registration Certificate Issuance Fee, set at 7,010 TL for 2026. Payment needs to happen shortly after the notice. Without payment, the trademark is not registered, the certificate is not issued, and trademark protection does not begin.
