• 2025 trademark registration fees are as follows: Single-class trademark application fee: 2,820 TL
• Trademark registration certificate fee: 7,010 TL

When applying for additional classes, the fee for the 2nd additional class is also 2,820 TL. However, for the 3rd class and each subsequent class, a fee of 3,150 TL must be paid. To complete the trademark registration process, the trademark owner must pay the registration certificate fee (Registration Deficiency Fee) after TÜRKPATENT approves the application. Otherwise, even if the final stage is reached, your trademark will not be registered.
