The trademark search through TPE runs as follows:

• Go to the TÜRKPATENT website.
• Reach the trademark search page. Click the "Trademark Search" tab on the home page.
• Enter the trademark information.
• Trademark name: enter the name of the mark you want to search.
• Trademark class: if you want to see which classes the mark is registered in, you can enter the class. This is optional.
• Trademark type: you can search by type (wordmark, figurative, etc.).

Review the search results. The results show the relevant trademark registration. You can tell whether the mark is registered. Application date and applicant details appear. Opposition status is shown if present.
