How to Download a Trademark Registration Certificate

To download your trademark registration certificate, follow these steps:

• Log in to EPATS, the online system of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT). Type epats.turkpatent.gov.tr into your address bar and click the "Giris Yap" (Log In) button. You can log in with your e-Government password, electronic signature, or mobile signature.
• From the left menu, go to "Marka Islemleri" (Trademark Transactions) > "Tescil Edilen Markalarim" (My Registered Trademarks) tab.
• Click the "Tescil Belgesi" (Registration Certificate) or "Belge Görüntüle" (View Document) link on the row for the relevant trademark.
• Download or print the document in PDF format. The file usually comes as "marka_tescil_belgesi.pdf".
• Check the fee payment. You cannot download the certificate without paying the document fee. If payment hasn't been made, the system will redirect you to the "Belge Ücreti Öde" (Pay Document Fee) screen.

You can also download the certificate through the "Online Islemler Portali" (Online Transactions Portal) using the same user account. The document is also accessible via e-Government. For this, log in to turkiye.gov.tr, search for "Türk Patent", and click the "Tescil Belgeleri Sorgulama" (Registration Certificate Inquiry) tab.

If you registered your trademark through Sistem Patent as your attorney firm, you can request the certificate from us. We will provide it to you physically or send it to your email address.
