How to Pay for Trademark Registration

How you pay for trademark registration depends on how you filed your application. If you filed through Sistem Patent, you can make the payment via online banking using the IBAN details in your contract once the application process is complete.

• If you filed your trademark application through EPATS, click the 'Continue' button after checking the application details.
• On the preview page showing the 'Trademark Registration Fee Payment Request' information, review the details and click the 'Complete the process and proceed to payment' button.
• A results page will appear showing the document number, the application number of the trademark you are paying for, and the transaction assessment number.
• You can make the payment by 23:45 on the same day via Ziraat Bank online banking or at a branch by stating it is a payment to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and providing your Turkish Republic ID number and assessment number.

Once payment is completed, the collection information is displayed on screen and the provision information is shared. A message containing the application and document numbers is also sent to your mobile phone, and the trademark application form is emailed. You can access the application document from the 'My Transactions' menu in your EPATS panel. In case of an error, you can check the status using the assessment number. You can track the progress of your application on the TÜRKPATENT website using the 'Trademark Search and File Tracking' section and your application number.
