How to Pay the Turkish Patent and Trademark Registration Fee

If you are starting your trademark registration application via E-government or EPATS, you must pay the Turkish Patent Trademark Registration Fee yourself. You can choose one of the payment methods we specify below.

1. Online Payment: Payment can be made via credit card or bank card on TÜRKPATENT's official website. The system calculates the required payment amount and lists the fees during the transaction. Follow these steps:

• Log in to the TÜRKPATENT Online Operations System with your e-Government password.
• Go to the "Fee Transactions / Payment" menu.
• Select the application type → "Trademark Application Fee" or "Registration Certificate Fee".
• The amount is calculated automatically (e.g., 2,820 TL or 7,010 TL).
• Payment can be made via credit card or virtual POS.
• The system gives you an automatic payment receipt (PDF) → keep this.

2. Bank Transfer or EFT: The fee can be deposited via transfer or EFT to a specific bank account. After payment is made, a document confirming payment to TÜRKPATENT must be submitted along with the payment receipt and slip.

• Recipient: Türk Patent ve Marka Kurumu
• Description: "Trademark application no + Trademark registration fee" must be written.

NOTE: If the application number is not written in the transfer description, the payment may be considered invalid.

3. Bank Branch: You can go to the relevant bank branch to make the payment and obtain a payment receipt documenting that your application has been received. This receipt must be submitted to TÜRKPATENT during the application.

• After payment is made, the system usually confirms it on the same day.
• If you made the payment through a bank, you need to upload the receipt to the EPATS system.
• After confirmation, the trademark registration process officially begins.

4. Registration Certificate Fee (After Approval)

If your trademark application is accepted, you will receive a notification for the "Registration Certificate Issuance Fee" (7,010 TL for 2026). This is paid in the same way:

• Via the online system or
• Through Ziraat Bank.
