How Is the Trademark Registration Fee Calculated?

The trademark registration fee is calculated by the number of classes you file in, the trademark agent's service fee, and the type of transaction.

Some 2025 trademark registration fees:

• Single-class trademark application fee: 2,820 TL.
• Second class fee: 2,820 TL.
• For the third and each subsequent class: 3,150 TL.
• Trademark registration fee: 7,010 TL.

Example calculation: Total fee for a three-class trademark application: 2,820 TL (single class) + 3,150 TL (two additional classes) + 7,010 TL (registration fee) + 8,000 (trademark agent service fee, if any) = 18,750 TL

Trademark registration fees need to be paid within the periods set by TÜRKPATENT (the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office). If payments are not made on time, the application is invalidated and registration does not complete.
