Payment Timing for the Trademark Application Fee

The fee must be paid when filing. After creating the trademark application in TÜRKPATENT's online filing system, you proceed to the payment step.

The application fee is paid at this stage:

• Trademark details (name/logo) are entered
• Classes are selected
• The application fee is paid
• The application number is generated

Without payment, the application is not considered complete and an application number is not issued.

Timing for Other Fees

Registration certificate fee: Paid after the trademark is definitively registered.
