1. To pay the trademark registration fee through EPATS, follow these steps:Obtain the assessment number: An assessment number is generated at the end of an application or transaction made through EPATS. This number is sent to the applicant's registered mobile phone and email address.
2. Make the payment: The payment is made using internet banking or at a bank branch. For this, select the "Payments" → "Taxes and Official Institutions" → "Turkish Patent and Trademark Office" tab. Enter the Turkish ID Number or Tax ID Number to query the assessment details. The assessment amount created during the day must be paid by 23:45.
3. Post-payment notification: Once payment is complete, the document number for your transaction is communicated via SMS and email.

TÜRKPATENT (the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office) collects trademark registration fee payments using its specified methods. The Office accepts payments made in Turkish Lira through Ziraat Bank corporate collection accounts or via credit and debit cards. You can make payments in foreign currency only to foreign currency accounts at Ziraat Bank. TÜRKPATENT does not accept EFT or wire transfer payments. The correct application number or registration number must be used during the payment process. The final payment dates specified by TÜRKPATENT must be observed.
