Trademark registration fees in Turkey are calculated according to the tariffs set by TÜRKPATENT (the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office). The required fees can vary depending on the type of application, the number of classes, and any additional services requested during the registration process.

Official Fees

• Single-class trademark application (official fee): 2,350 TL
• Application fee for 2 classes: 2,350 TL
• Trademark Application Additional Class Fee (for the 3rd class and each subsequent class): 2,610 TL
• Trademark registration certificate issuance fee: 5,790 TL

Service / Agent Fee
