• TÜRKPATENT trademark registration fee for 2026 is set at 7,010 TL. This fee is paid upon finalization of the registration and is not affected by the number of classes; whether it's two classes or ten, the fee is always 7,010 TL. However, the trademark application fee varies by the number of classes. The trademark and patent registration fee amounts are: Single-class trademark application (official fee): 2,820 TL
• Application fee for 2 classes: 2,820 TL
• Trademark Application Additional Class Fee (for the 3rd class and each subsequent class) 3,150 TL
• Trademark registration certificate issuance fee 7,010 TL
