Trademark Class 17 covers the following goods:

  • Rubber, gutta-percha, gum, asbestos, mica and goods made from these materials not included in other classes; plastics in extruded form for use in manufacture; packing, stopping and insulating materials; flexible pipes, not of metal.
  • Insulating, packing and sealing materials. Paints for insulation. Fabrics for insulation. Tapes for insulation. Covers for insulation. Joint fillers. Gaskets. O-rings. Excluding engine gaskets, cylinder gaskets, and gaskets for taps.
  • Flexible pipes and hoses made of rubber, plastic, or rubber. Hoses for use in vehicles are also included in this class. Pipe sleeves and fittings fall within this scope.
