1. After the trademark registration fee is paid, when does the application open? The answer depends on the stages of the application process. Generally, completing the post-application process and receiving the registration certificate can take 3 to 12 months. The stages of the process: Application and Examination: After application, TÜRKPATENT conducts examination and research, this process typically lasts 2-3 months.
2. Publication in the Official Bulletin: The application is published in the Official Trademark Bulletin for a 2-month period.
3. Opposition Process: At this stage, third parties can file an opposition.
4. Registration Decision and Certificate: If there is no opposition, the registration decision is made and the registration certificate is issued.
