When Should the Trademark Application Fee Be Paid?

For the trademark application to count as valid, the fee needs to be paid by 23:45 on the day the application is filed. Without payment, the application is not valid and gets removed from processing. For the filing date to finalize, the signed application form, specimen of the mark, goods or services list, and payment information need to be submitted together. In case of incomplete payment, the applicant gets a two-month window. Without completed payment in that window, the application is not processed.
