Where Is the Trademark Registration Certificate Downloaded From?

The first step to download the trademark registration certificate is going to TÜRKPATENT's official website. The certificate can be downloaded through TÜRKPATENT's online system, EPATS.

The steps below explain exactly where to download the trademark registration certificate:

1. Log in to the EPATS system

• Go to https://epats.turkpatent.gov.tr.
• Click the "Log In" button.
• You can sign in with your e-Devlet password, electronic signature, or mobile signature.

2. Go to the "My Trademarks" or "My Applications" tab

• In the left menu, select "Trademark Operations" → "My Registered Trademarks".
• You can see all your registered trademarks here.

3. View and download the registration certificate

• Click the "Registration Certificate" or "View Certificate" link on the relevant trademark's row.
• On the page that opens, download or print the PDF certificate. (The file usually comes as "marka_tescil_belgesi.pdf".)

4. Fee payment check (if required)

• The certificate cannot be downloaded before the registration certificate fee is paid.
• If payment has not been made, the system redirects you to the "Pay Certificate Fee" screen.
• You can pay by credit card through TÜRKPATENT's online collection system.

The certificate can also be downloaded through the "Online Operations Portal" using the same user account.
