Trademark Registration Fee
Where Is the Trademark Registration Fee Paid?
If you register your trademark through a Sistem Patent trademark agent, you can pay through the Online Payment page under the E-System Online menu. If you are filing through e-Devlet or EPATS, you can pick one of the payment methods below.
1. Online Payment: Credit or debit card payments run through TÜRKPATENT's official website. During payment, the system calculates the amount due and lists the fees. The steps:
- Log in to the TÜRKPATENT Online Operations System with your e-Devlet password.
- Go to the "Fee Operations / Payment" menu.
- Pick the application type → "Trademark Application Fee" or "Registration Certificate Fee".
- The amount is calculated automatically (for example 2,820 TL or 7,010 TL).
- Payment runs through credit card or virtual POS.
- The system issues an automatic payment receipt (PDF) → keep it.
2. Bank Transfer or EFT: The fee can be transferred to a specific bank account by wire or EFT. After payment, the receipt and wire confirmation need to be submitted to TÜRKPATENT as proof.
- TÜRKPATENT Official Account (Ziraat Bank)
- Bank: T.C. Ziraat Bankasi / Ankara Corporate Branch
- IBAN: TR24 0001 0025 0667 3514 8650 01
- Beneficiary: Turkish Patent and Trademark Office
- Description: "Trademark application no + Trademark registration fee" must be written.
NOTE: If the application number is not written in the transfer description, the payment can be rejected.
3. Bank Branch: Payment can be made at the relevant bank branch, with a receipt documenting that the application was received. This receipt needs to be submitted to TÜRKPATENT with the application.
- Once payment is made, the system usually confirms the same day.
- If you paid at the bank, you need to upload the receipt to the EPATS system.
- After approval, the trademark registration process officially begins.
4. Registration Certificate Fee (After Approval)
If your trademark application is accepted, TÜRKPATENT sends a "Registration Certificate Issuance Fee" notice (7,010 TL for 2026). This too can be paid:
- Through the online system, or
- Through Ziraat Bank.
