Who Can Register a Trademark?
In Turkey, trademark registration can be handled by trademark agents registered with TÜRKPATENT (the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office) who renew their registration annually.
Other people and organizations who can register a trademark:

- Legal entities: Companies, cooperatives, associations, and other legal entities can register trademarks.
