Mevcut buluş SLYNTVATL-HLA-A*0201 kompleksi için 1µM'den düşük veya eşit bir afiniteye (KD) ve/veya 1x10-3 S-1 veya daha yavaş bir ayrışma hızına (koff) sahip TCR'ler sunmaktadır, ŞU ŞARTLA Kİ söz konusu TCR hücre ile temin edildiğinde ve SEQ ID NO: 1 ve 2'yi kapsadığında hücre doğal bir T hücresi değildir. Söz konusu TCR'ler, tek başına veya terapötik bir madde ile beraber, bu kompleksi temin eden HIV ile enfekte hücreleri hedeflemekte faydalıdır.
