Biyolojik bir dokuda tıbbi kullanım için bir iğne (2) ve bir kateterin (6) yerleştirilmesine kılavuzluk etmek için bir sistemdir, kılavuz sistem (1, 101) şunları içerir: - iğne (2) - iğneye yerleştirilen kateter (6); en az bir optik sensör (110) ile birlikte ve katetere (6) yerleştirilen bir optik fiber (8), - kateteri (6) iğne (2) içine sıkıca bloke etmek için bir birinci bloke etme cihazı (12, 112).
